Absolutely — our clusters are designed for beginners with a simple, guided application process.

It's just 3 simple steps:

1. Pick — Using your applicator, gently grip the cluster close to the adhesive strip and carefully lift it from the tray. Avoid pulling on the lash fibres to keep the cluster looking its best.

2. Place — Start at the inner corner, where lashes are naturally finer and precision matters most. Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes, close to the root without touching the skin. Once comfortable, continue working outwards.

3. Press — Gently press your natural lashes and clusters together to secure.

No separate glue. No complicated routine.

Each Miss Muse box contains approximately 50 to 65 pre-glued lash clusters in a mix of lengths.

Most customers can achieve approximately 5–6 full applications per box, depending on how many clusters they use for each look.

This means one box can last several weeks depending on how often you wear your lashes and how many clusters you use per application.

Miss Muse pre-glued lash clusters are designed for up to 5-7 days of wear when applied correctly.

For the best hold, the adhesive strip needs to be securely attached to your natural lash hairs. If a cluster is placed where there are few or no natural lashes for it to grip, it may lift or fall off sooner.

Wear time can vary depending on application, your natural lashes, skincare routine, water exposure and aftercare.

Please note: Miss Muse clusters require natural lash hairs to attach to and may not be suitable for areas with little or no natural lash growth.

When applied and removed correctly, Miss Muse lashes are designed to be gentle on your natural lashes.

Each cluster should attach to your natural lash hairs, not your skin. To protect your lashes, avoid pulling or peeling the clusters off.

When it’s time for removal, gently loosen the clusters with a warm, damp towel and take your time. Never force them off if they’re still firmly attached.

They can be! With gentle wear and careful removal, some Miss Muse clusters may be reused if the pre-glued adhesive strip is still clean, intact and tacky.

For best results, gently remove the clusters without pulling or damaging the adhesive strip and return them to the tray.

However, because Miss Muse lashes are pre-glued, adhesion may be weaker after the first wear. Reuse isn't guaranteed, and we recommend replacing any cluster that no longer feels securely adhesive.

No. Miss Muse clusters come with adhesive already applied to each lash cluster.

There's no separate glue, bond or seal required — simply Pick. Place. Press.

If a cluster begins to lift, avoid pulling or repeatedly pressing it with your fingers.

If the adhesive is still clean and tacky, you may be able to gently reposition the cluster using your applicator and press it back together with your natural lashes.

If it no longer feels secure, remove the cluster gently and replace it with a fresh one.

Yes. Miss Muse lashes have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture, when stored correctly.

To keep your lashes in the best condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and excessive moisture.

Keep unused clusters in their original tray and packaging to protect the pre-applied adhesive.

The pre-glued adhesive should attach to your natural lash hairs rather than directly to your eyelid.

Once positioned comfortably, gently press your natural lashes and the clusters together using your applicator.

Yes. Miss Muse lashes are water-resistant, so normal showering is fine once they're securely applied.

For the best wear, avoid prolonged exposure to water, excessive rubbing or directing strong water pressure onto the lashes.

After showering, gently pat around the eye area dry rather than rubbing your lashes.

For gentle removal, hold a warm, damp towel over the eye area to help soften the adhesive, then carefully loosen and remove each cluster.

Take your time and never pull or force the lashes off.

An oil-based remover may also help loosen the adhesive, but keep in mind that oils can reduce the adhesive's ability to be reused.

Miss Muse lashes are water-resistant rather than waterproof.

They're designed to handle normal everyday moisture and showering, but prolonged water exposure, swimming, steam, oils and excessive rubbing may reduce wear time.
